There are several advantages to this program:

  1. Minimal or no up-front capital costs.

  2. Immediate positive cash flow starting with first lease payment.

  4. Flexibility to purchase equipment at end of lease at FMV or renew lease to continue fixed savings.

  1. Submit documentation of the past 12 months energy usage.

  5. Receive and evaluate the renewable energy proposal provided by Infinergy.

  6. Execute lease documents.

After the program initial lease term, there are three options:

  1. Extend the lease for an additional period and continue to enjoy guaranteed fixed savings.

  2. Purchase the equipment for FMV (Fair Market Value) at the end of the lease (the utility bill savings will increase dramatically, since there will no longer be any lease payments).

  3. Call New Mexico Solar and Wind and request the equipment be removed.

By providing New Mexico Solar and Wind with the information requested below, we are able to do a preliminary satellite survey of the proposed property site(s).  If we determine that the site is suitable for a solar energy installation, we will send our trained personnel to evaluate the site features, orientation, shading configurations, and solar exposure of the proposed site.  This will include photographing, measuring and documenting the site.  The resulting documentation will be used to develop an accurate proposal that will explain all the costs and options.  As part of the evaluation process we must request information relating to current energy needs.  In order to receive this proposal, please print this page, fill in the information requested below, attach the last 12 months of your electrical energy bills, and send the information to us.

The Evaluation Process

 

New Mexico Solar and Wind makes realizing the economic and environmental benefits of solar and/or wind power as easy as possible.  New Mexico Solar and Wind manages all of the paperwork from the initial evaluation, to the production of a formal proposal, to the permitting and commissioning of the installation, and the final paperwork with utility companies, regulatory agencies and financing entities. These services allow you to concentrate solely on your business, while we concentrate on making your business more profitable.  In order for us to begin the evaluation process, we request the customer provide the following information:

1.    Site address & contact information.  Please submit the requested information using our Site Evaluation Request Form above.

 

2.    Last 12 months of your electric bills.  Please mail us copies of the last 12 months electric bill summary pages (for each location), or email us scanned copies.  It is preferable that we have the entire bill, as the more information we have, the more accurate the evaluation will be.  Copies of Bills (or the completed form below) can be mailed to:
